Who called from 6096321173

Called my Google Voice number, did not leave a message.  This is the second time they've called and left no message; the first was several weeks ago.

I receive calls from this # on my cell phone several times a week; in fact, I've had 12 calls from this # since November 21st. No one was there when I answered, so I added it to my Black List on my Call Blocker app.

This number has called me several times unwantedly.

I don't pick up their calls but they are from a legitimate consumer advocacy group called "The NJ Public Interest Research Group".  Probably soliciting donations.

We donated twice to NJPIRG when they solicited our neighborhood.  They always send late teenagers to ask for money.  I suppose it's a good organization
