I HAVE ASKED OVER & OVER TO STOP CALLING TO NO AVAIL.

Hey if it gives you all any closure I just quit working for this company after 2 days. I realized something was fishy from the start but after 2 shifts it became very clear to me that Senior Safe Alert/Life Watch USA/The Credit Voice...whatever they want to call themselves is breaking numerous rules, particularly with the DNC list. At least 75% of the automated electronic calls the computer made turned out to be someone frustrated that the company did not follow their request.

I put every person in this category on the DNC list on the computer but it don't think it actually did anything. They just recycle calls. You are told to follow a very misleading script...I'm really not even sure if there is a product at all. If you go to their website, SeniorAlertLine.com the 1-800 number isn't even connected. There is no demo product at the office or no speak of its actual features, they do not allow follow up calls, do not tell you the customer to refer to their website or another number...Say that the company has been in business 30-35 years but there is no record of that.

Owner of the company appears to have had multiple arrests...It is just a couple low lifes walking around barking orders at the people working there as if they were animals. I really have never seen anything like it and I hope they get shut down ASAP. File reports with FDC, FTC, BBB. Doing high pressure bogus calls targeting the elderly really ticks me off, and I'm glad I realized what was going on before any more damage occurred. The call center I worked at is located at 1024 Northlake Blvd. Altamonte Springs, FL.

This company is indeed a scam, I worked there for literally 2 days and it was the worst 2 days of my life, they are basically trying to force people into buying this system and quote frankly I don't know if they even receive the package . This company is a disgrace . You get paid under the table and every thing . Horrible.

If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at [email protected] and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.
