Exactly ONE MONTH ago I received a phone call from this jerk. Today I received another call the guy asking for the person handling the phone and internet bill. Then ask questions again about why we don't believe that he can lower the bill. Told me again after quite some time that he didn't work for Comcast and he is with Verizon. This guy is a D*CK! Stop wasting my time!
