Just tell this scam artist you are taking his information, even if it's just his phone number, and filing a complaint with your police dept. for harassment charges. Be sure to document all calls with times dates and any other information. Otherwise I would suggest reporting the scam artist to the Internal Revenue Services, because I'm just about positive they are NOT paying taxes on this scammed money. Why should you pay taxes and these people NOT pay them? If ANYONE can find these people it would be the Feds, so let them do their jobs and report these criminals. Because after all, isn't this the UNITED STATES and aren't they civil SERVANTS that WE THE PEOPLE pay their salary? Stand up for yourself people and don't allow these criminals to stick you with the final bill.
