Got the same message like @Not fooled mentioned. The beginning of the vm was cut off and she didn't identify what company she's from. Reference # was also the same as everyone else (r158746).
Left a message about electric supply charges, asked to call back & have electric bill ready. Didn't specify what company the caller was with. On call-back, same voice in auto-message asks to wait. Sounds like scam/spam
got voicemail requesting a call back and that I have my energy bill on hand to review. Gave reference number. Did not identify company. Pretty sure this is a scam.
