Received a voice mail to call this number from Norman Smith. I called the number back and was immediately asked about my "husband", which I do not have. Then I was transferred to John Anderson who tried to put me on "record" and get my SSN without identifying who or what the issue was or why they were contacting me, they just continued to say they were a law office but would not give any other information. I continued to refuse to go on record until I knew the reason for their call. They continued to refuse to give it to me. I informed them that I attempted to work with them, but they would not provide appropriate information, so I thanked them and hung up.

I read another blog that identifies this Sokol guy as James Damiano 535 Jackson Rd Williamstown, NJ 08094   This collection agency is representing an illegal internet payday lender who  offered to settle with me for 155.00 I said yes and how they wanted their payment?  They debited my acct 2 days later for $120.  I contacted them to find out how they wanted the balance and they now wanted 195 more.  I want to start a class action suit against payday lenders and the greedy organizations that are profiting from the decay of the AMERICAN FAMILY.  I have done extensive research and now is the time for change.  If interested email [email protected]  I will keep a file starting from when I recieve the 1st email and keep everyone update on my progress.
