Nobody I know would call me from New Jersey so I'm willing to bet it's an off shore (India?) caller scamming a US number, possibly with a Magic Jack. I am down to about 4 calls daily from12 or so, maybe because I don't answer any calls not in my address book!
I just got a call from this number and when I answered a man asked for Troy. I told him he had the wrong number and he yelled, "F*** YOU!" then hung up
