IRS scammers. I owe no money, as I HAVE no money. They tell you that this is the last warning you will get, that legal action will be brought against you, then tell you to hang on if you want to talk with someone, then give you a telephone number to call. I hung on to talk to someone to see what kind of BS they were going to pull on me but they hung up after they provided me with the call-back number. I called that number back (twice) and it wouldn't even ring.
