Who called from 6097563649

We received a call from this number yesterday.  They left no message and nothing except the city and state showed on the caller ID and when I looked up the number it was legal processing.  I'm so sick of these types of calls I could just scream.

I got a call from this number on my work phone. Have no idea who they are.

I received an actual voicemail saying that "said to be invoked in your county of jurisdiction. Attending mandatory notice was sent to your last known address on county record with no response. Press one to speak with me directly or contact me immediately at area code 609-756-3649...I did actually call them back to find out what in the world was going on. They then started telling me that I had a federal charges against me for a check cashing company. I advised them that this wasn't possible and they started changing tunes about maybe it's fraud, but with fraud it would cost me so much more money to fight it than if I would go ahead and just settle with them. At this point I'm speaking to a supervisor or so she said and she told me to speak to my husband and call RIGHT back because she was going to get them to settle for a lesser amount. I got off the phone, called the attorney general in West Virginia and found out this is a known scam going on along with an IRS scam. I then called my bank just to verify things and ease my mind a little. They advised me that it's a scam as well. She told me not to even answer the phone when I see that number or to tell them I spoke to my bank and know they are a scam. Sorry about the long post, but wanted to include everything.
