Who called from 6097773300

I received a call and couldn't understand the caller.  They asked for me but their accent was hard to understand.  I called the number today and someone answered the phone Board of Public Utilities.

Per caller ID, received call from "N J STATE OF" at 1;27 PM, EDT.  No message was left.

So annoyed by these foreigners trying to scam everyone! Why don't you get a real job or better yet go back where you came from!

Got a call today couldent understand person. Was asking for my daughter. Than asked my name I told her Im not giving u my name & she hung up. I keep getting all kinds of crazy calls. Not going to answer my phone anymore. And am on do not call list. Big help. Not

came up as State of NJ  but no one answered
