Merrill Lynch Investments.  I have a 401K from an old employer that needs to be moved to a different plan.  Legit for me anyway.

I just got an unsolicited and unprofessional sounding call from "Merrill Lynch". Guy said his name was Andrew Chou. Had my daughter's name (she has the account), which makes me feel they got access to our files. I had other calls in the past from Merrill Lynch as well that were not legit. Makes me uncomfortable.

Make sure they had your account # and that YOU did not give it to them.

I also got a call from 609-18-8300.When I answered no one was at the other end.  O I called back and a recording says I should give my account number. No one at the other end, just a machine.  What a business model!!

Received 3 calls with no one responding, then hang-up.  Filing complaint.
