This person calls my number several times a day and when I answer they say nothing!

Gat a call with nothing but music playing and no response when I said hello several times. Who are they?

They keep calling and I didn't sign up for anything! And they won't stop calling even after I asked them too!

Same as other comments, I pick up n nobodies there, I even say stop calling but still whom ever they are I wish they would either stop or leave a message and if I choose to get back to them then that's what ill do if not then that's that.....
