Nan, the DNC is just a list and doesn't block calls and doesn't immunize anyone from getting them, or any other calls. It is obviously someone acting stupid and sending out a bunch of these trying to get people to go to the site.
Nan- I got the same exact message from that phone number at 2:00am yesterday. I texted them back asking them who they were, but I didnt click on that link. Of course, they never responded.
