I received a phone call on 9-May-2012 at 5:18pm. I did not answer but they left a message regarding student loans and an 800-number to call. The problem is I accidentally deleted the message with the 800 number. Is this a scam?
this number called me, they claimed they were from HESAA . THEY were informing me about my pell grant. they requested for my personal information unfortunately after i confirmed during the conversation the got cut off. is this number really a true one or a scam.

j got a call from 609- 584-4452 conserning my sons hessa ans he is in the miltary they asked for the records i faxed cannot get hold of them i am scared petsonal info
I just tried to cross track the phone line 609-890-3110... its a junction line to a CallerBOT... meaning the real callers number can not be seen nor contacted... THIS IS A SCAM...the real number to HESAA is 1-800-792-8670 option #3... plus they asked for my nickname and then introduced themselves as NJEA then claimed they were HESSA... if you get this...you should sign up for LIFELOCK or some credit protection company. You credit could be in jeopardy.
