These S.O.B.s keep harassing my wife. The are wanting her to call an 800 number...

this [***] keeps calling me after 9 pm asking about  different people that I may know. I am going to connect this caller with the police dept when she calls again.

You might want to think about that first.  It is illegal without prior consent to forward a call to law enforcement in most if not all states.

only for the scammers who are calling!
