Called today did not answer, called back and got a recorded message. Welcome to our customer service platform, it is likely that you have been called by one our associates and are calling back to get more information. Total bs scam, I get calls 4-5 times a week from different numbers all with the same recording when you call back.  Blocked!

Yes I would say it's a scammer calling before the legal call time.

Called todat at 4:00PM. No message. Caller ID says Trenton, NJ. Blocked...

CID said "Assist". We didn't recognize, so didn't answer. No message left. We are no-call list.
