Got one today, first time, but I'm sure it won't be the last. There are so many of these energy companies making calls like this nowadays! It's not in the least efficient, since where we live, we don't contract for our own utilities, so there's no way they could make a sale even if we answered the phone. Perhaps with robo-dialers, it doesn't make any difference to them, but as Michaela pointed out, it sure can to us. The only way to deal with these telemarketers is report their harassment to the FTC, and then block their calls.
