Who called from 6099367758

Called 4 times this morning: 10:16, 10:28, 10:43 and 10:50. location shows as Princeton, NJ. I do not answer calls from unknown callers. No message left. I wish for a means to turn the tables and to tie up their phones or put a stop to such calls. Do we have any rights or do we just keep rolling over and taking it...over and over and over, etc.
Update: 5th call just came through @ 11:02.

6th call @ 11:05. Same story.

Had to add to my list of rejected calls
Not that it will help, they will just use a different number.

Got 3 calls in the last 60mins from that number

6 calls from this number this AM.  Unknown caller.  I just blocked them on my cell.
