Calls and hangs up

Call from Medford, NJ. Did not leave message. No name or business listed for this number. Must be a scam.

Called around 8pm but left no message, caller id said Medford, NJ which is where I live.

My TV & phone caller ID, displayed the name on the screen as V31820062400293! Did not leave any message.

I waited a bit and called it back. A man answered and immediately switched to a recording from "NJ State Law Enforcement".
