Multiple calls daily I have advised them numerous times to remove us from their list/database They claim we signed up for information on either Lending Tree or the debt reduction website. Not true.
Caller ID reads "FINANCIAL FREED" but will defer to everyone else that it is FINANCIAL FREEDOM. This company needs to stop these scammer calls. Everyone should BLOCK THIS NUMBER. No one should disclose account numbers or Social Security Numbers over the phone to anyone you do not already do business with, especially if you did not initiate the call. This company needs to give us our freedom from their scam calls.
I was called by a woman named Melissa. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to remove my number from her list. She kept on with her sales pitch. I phoned back and spoke with Mike in sales dept. Told him about my experience with Melissa and asked to be removed from their list. Not 30 seconds after I hung up did Melissa call me right back with the same ridiculous sales pitch! At what point does it become harrassment?
