My husband has recieved calls today from this company...I am not stupid and went to the bank to retrieve printouts and am considering sueing the callers myself for the threats, and harassment they are putting into my home and the worry they have caused my husband.
Robert Washington keeps calling saying This is a legal matter. If I don't call him things will unfold on me. All he can do is wish me well. milddle eastern accent cannot even pronounce my name. Dont know them never heard them.
I got a call yesterday from same number. Guy said he was Steve Hogan but yet had an accent. I let him finish his script and then I asked him what lending company had filed the complaints. He refused to give me the information and said that I needed to contact the local authorities to resolve this criminal act I have committed. I told him that the only way anything would be resolved is when I receive documentation by registered mail. I asked him again who the lender was and he finally give me the info and that's when I told him he was full of s**t because I had no outstanding loans with that lender and hung up the phone. He called back and asked for a supervisor not knowing it was me on the phone and I asked for what reason and he got real ugly and told me to shut up and to let him speak to a supervisor about my criminal acts. I laughed and told him that was going to call the lender themselves and turn him in and the local police for harassment...
