They called me and hung up after my answering machine picked it up. I was eating dinner at the time. After dinner I googled their telephone number from "Coopersburg,Pa" and glad I didn't pick it up. Just more telespam!
They said that they were doing home improvements and they knew my neighborhood/street I was on. Their name was aspen I think..I answered and they just started laughing and explaining what they do. They knew all of my families names and when I tried calling back it was a recording that said "thank you for your patience" over and over again. And then I heard someone pick up and then hang up right after..freaky...:/
Caller "Dion" from AMG, a small repair company, with number out of Coopersburg, PA said they were warning of noise that was going to happen in the neighborhood due to some renovations they were doing. He said because of this inconvenience, they would be willing to give a free estimate of home repairs we needed. In his presentation, he used postal mailing address city as identification of our neighborhood rather than identifying our specific area. Told him that this was a marketing solicitation, that we were on the do not call list and, therefore, the call was being report to the attorney general's office for further action. Hung up!
