A lady named Carol keeps calling me on my cell phone from this number asking for one of my relatives, who she says she can't get in touch with. I keep telling her if she can't, neither can I. I'm on the do not call list. The caller ID shows, Lower Marion, PA. Today, she said I was a reference. I asked her what that meant and she said it's personal.
