Called two times today in 3-hours asking to speak with one of the owners. When I said they weren't available and offiered to take a message, "Bob" said he was hard to get a hold of and would call back later in the afternoon. Believe me sir, you'd get a lot further if you'd leave a message.
Got a call from 610-235-0045 today, on caller ID it said West Chester PA. When I said the person was not here they said they would call their cell phone. I just think that it was so I would say oh let me get that person or here is there cell number.

phone calls repeatedly over the past 2 weeks, asking for my boss. Said her name was Gloria from Nationwide and that she is returning his call. Load of crap!!!
