This number keeps calling my cell phone about once every week. don't answer the call but it usually comes at a very inconvenient time. I'd like to get it stopped.

I'm a bigger [***] than you. After I report you to the fcc & pennsylvania's attorny's office. I will get my case id, along with the saved recorded voicemails, will head over to the local district court & file for my $1500 law suit, per case record. Just like you, I have nothing to do all day but harass folks too, but I do it legally.
Oh, also you may try to skip paying the court order fines, I'm good with waiting until the final order comes down for you to do 30+ days in jail per incident.
These people call all the time. I never answer the phone. Unfortunately, they are bothering sick people in nursing homes and assisted living homes. How sad that something cannot be done about these type of calls. The Do Not Call list doesn't stop them either. I've tried blocking them several times and they still get through.
