Just saw a post above that said that the survey was for Comcast. It may make sense now that I received that call. I didn't answer but I recently moved to an apartment complex in Charleston SC that does not utilize Comcast. I had to switch to Knology after being a Comcast customer for almost 8 years. Not that I mind, I was not the biggest fan of Comcast. The Comcast - MSI International call may make sense now...although it is worth noting that the turds called me at 21:00. Who does that??
