I received a call from this "Debbie" about a week ago. I called her back and left a message. She called me again yesterday, I missed her call again. What is the premise of this scam? I do own a small business.

Yes, we received a voice message from the same Debbie 610-277-2008 regarding "business taxes" on july 23rd 2013 and when I called back there was a recording saying "you have called the offices of CP Timberman .... please leave a msg ...". .
I got a phone message from "Debbie" at 12:30 PM, 05/12/2015. The message was about to call her "about Business Taxes" and to call the phone number (610) 277-2008. Fortunately, even though I own a business, when I receive a phone call from someone that leaves this type of message I always do a reverse lookup and Google search. After reading the reports here, I called the number back and left a message repeating what "Billy" and "LunaMang" say above and told them "...if they ever call my business again I will call the IRS. Not a threat, just what I'm going to do."
