Got a call from this number.  Don't know a soul in PA so didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I get several calls a day from odd numbers.
Don't call these numbers back. They are offshore ppl using viop with computer software that replaces their caller ID with a dummy number that looks like a legitimate US number.
