this number calls me also - not every night but pretty often at different times of the day - when I try to call this number - a recording says this number does not receive calls!!
Just got a call from that number too... and it sounded like someone was there and you could hear like a scanner, or radio in the background than hung up... and tried to call back but says the number cannot recieve calls...
