I answered, but no one was there. I called back, but got a machine that said it was a non-urgent call from "Statewide Appeal."

Got a call from this number, answered the phone and no one was on the other end.  Caller I.D. stated that it was an unknown caller.  Does anyone know who the caller is?

Got a call from this number - sounded like a recording with a lot of noise on the line  610 in the number means Pa. if origin of the call

Phone rings -I pick up and no one is there. When I call the number it says a non urgent call from statewide appeal

No answer when pick-up.
