I just received a call from this number, and it's Vector Security letting me know that my glass break sensor went off on my security system. This is not a telemarketer, but rather the Vector Customer Service calling to confirm the alarm and if we are home or not.
keep getting calls from Vector at 1:00 AM , 3:00AM, 5:00AM wanting to discuss my "system". They call and tell me that i have a low battery and do i want to schedule service. Of course my response was less than happy with the operators so i think i am the brunt of a joke with the late night monitoring crew.
Why do you think it is necessary to contact a customer at that hour of the night to discuss maintenance issues? Okay i get it the joke is over. Stop calling me or i will go back to ADT.
It was Vector Security, calling me because I set off my motion detector by accident. Verified my password and asked of everything was ok, or did I need the police. Good Company
