I get occasional calls from this number. Most complaints ask how the caller got their number, and who is calling. Folks, it isn't a 'who' calling you, it's a computer using VOIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol. The computer does not know your number specifically, it dials ALL numbers to get a list of the ones that answer, which would be numbers with a person. This list is sold to telemarketers and scam criminals. The 610 area number shown in caller ID is probably 'spoofed'. Callers using VOIP can put anything they want in the caller ID. The computer can be, and probably is, in some other part of the world. Don't answer, ever.
