Got a call from my own phone number two weeks ago, today I receive a call from a very nice lady who informed me
that scammers were calling her from my phone number. They are either skyping my number or voip ing it to make their calls to try and get more victims of their scams. IF ANYONE GETS A CALL FROM MY NUMBER PLEASE REPORT IT HERE FOR ME. I AM NOT A SCAMMER AND DO NOT WISH TO BE DRAGGED INTO THEIR SCAMS, I HAVE
REPORTED IT TO MY PHONE COMPANY BUT IT MAY TAKE 72 HOURS TO GET THE PROBLEM OUT OF THE SYSTEM.
follow up: My local phone company is investigating the spoofing of my number currently after they told me there was nothing they could do. Received a call from a customer service manager in security.
