Who called from 6105432303

It is supposed to be about a jobs/employment survey.  Just got two calls (1 I took and another I missed).  Russian sounding person.  suspect phishing since it is not an election year.  610 is usually Valley Forge area. Any research firms there? could be.

Keep getting these calls from 610 543 2303.   Voice mail  is just dead air.  From what I read on these posts, it is junk.  How do I block this?

Got the call on my work cell phone, and did not answer.

I have been receiving calls for 3 days...finally picked up yesterday to be invited to particpate in a survey.  I declined and asked that they take me of their phone disty only to get a call this AM.  Just letting the calls go to v-mail until they get tired of calling me.

I have received multiple calls a day for several days in a row.  I picked up one call and was asked to participate in a survey.  I declined and asked to be taken off their phone distribution but the calls have continued.
