Spammer!!!  No one there, no message.  Called me 3 times.  I called them back, and operator says call can't be completed as dialed.

First call was a recording about lowering my electric bill.  Then 2 more calls with noone there.

Repeated calls. Not leaving a message. Definitely spam.

These 'lower your electric bill' calls are from scammers. There is information about alternate suppliers on the PECO site. Never sign up with a company who does not respect the Do Not Call List. You can be 100% certain they are dishonest.
