Caller ID said Directiry Assistance PA. Male caller started with the pitch that their chimney people would be in the neighborhood, did we have gas or oil heat?  When I said we were on the Do Not Call list, he responded with my first name (!) and said I "gotta" have it done, and asked about my heat again.  I told him he was very rude, demanded to be taken off their list, and hung up.
