Called asking for the owner by his first name, trying to sound like he was a friend. When I told him we had three people by that name, he got an attitude, then asked if another owner was in. Yeah, no dude!! Spend half the work day taking these idiot phone calls. Such a waste of time! the called ID came up as Havertown, but it's anyone's guess where the call actually originated.
