This number called four times last week while we were on vacation -- no message, just hang-ups. I called them last night and the voicemail says "Total Care". Have no idea who they are and have never done any business or work with "Total Care". So much for the DNC list.
Just added this number to my blocked calls list. Have no idea who they are, but it is probably another PECO (Philadelphia Electric Company) scam. This is particularly annoying, because PPL (Pennsylvania Power & Light) is our electric utility, and I notice that the bulk of my blocked calls are all PECO Scam related. Caller ID says Haverford, PA.
