Annoying Seth French from Waddell & Reed in Pennsylvania constantly calls me from this number trying to get me to do financial planning with him. I've told him multiple times I am not interested but he calls again and again hoping I'll change my mind. He also stutters a lot when he speaks. I don't want someone that stutters like Seth French handling my money. I think his office is in Bala Cynwyd.
I made the mistake of investing money with Seth French about a year ago. His speech isn't the only slow part about him. He drastically mishandled my investments and cost me significant money. He called me often to get me to invest as well. Andy, you were smart to tell him that you weren't interested.
