received this call twice within 1 hour 610-624-1164. I didn't answer because I knew it would be some kind of sale call. I am also on the do not call list. Everytime I get a 1-800 or 1-888 or any unknown number out of my dialing area I file a complaint on the do not call registry. So far I'm thinking it's not working very well.
Wanted to know about Credit Card Debt and how much so they could call me back to talk about how to get rid of it. Asked for you to leave them a message so they could call you back so they could discuss your situation with them. I politely left them a message that I never asked to be called by them and would be contacting the FCC on them. Left you no option to be taken off their list.
The call was a recorded voice claiming to be taking a survey about safety issues in my neighborhood. The automated program asked if I had ever had a break-in or attempted break-in, whether it was a single-family home, and how many square feet in my house. (That's when I hung up.) I think it was probably a security company canvassing to see who they might contact about buying their security system.
