Just as I was typing the above reply, I received another call from these jerks... the 5th in less than 30 minutes.
I decided to answer.
Oh what fun I had!!
She tried asking me questions, to which I just kept asking her questions.
I asked for their address.
She replied, "Beer Field Beach, Florida."
I said, No, I needed the ADDRESS.
She asked why.
I replied, "Well, I assume you are calling to become my new medical supplier."
She ssid, "No, our records show you have not yet received supplies from us."
--[ERG... MORON!]--
Which I then said, "No, obviously. I have another company with whom I do business. But you are asking me to change my business to you, who I know nothing about. So, can I get your address?"
She hung up!
Unbelievably, before I could even finish up the previous comment, maybe 5 minutes, they are calling again!
Of course I answered! Hahaha
It was a different woman.
She started her spiel, asking if my address is correct at ..., I interrupted and said no we have moved, but someone had just called and hung up. She apologized then started reading her script again.
I again interrupted asking for the address. She says, "Beer Field Beach, Florida"
I said, "No, I would like your entire address!"
She says, "We are not allowed to give that out."
My reply, "Wait! You want me to cancel my current medical supplier and do business with you, but you won't give me your address?"
Get this... She says, "Well, you don't have to change your diabetic supplier then. We can also provide back braces, neck braces and knee (??)."
Very politely, albeit clenching my teeth, I respond "Oh very good! I will need more information from you first. You see I research every company with whom I do business..."
And of course, before I could finish.... Yep, they hung up on me -- AGAIN!
What? Was it something I said??
Bwahaha!
So, if you want them to stop calling... Just ask for their address!! :)
This "Medical supplies insurance co. has called me several times a day and is persistant to send me product that is irelavent to me at no cost to me , they bill insurance. I HAVE BLOCK THEM , BUTT THEY CALL FROM ONOTHER LINE. This is a harasment, and I strongly believe that there are alot of older people who are under wrong impresion. Shut down all this fake companies.
How do we stop them. I've filed multiple complaints with the do not call registry to no avail. This is more than annoying, It's harassment. I'm missing important calls because of them.
