Another one of those numbers that you can't find out exactly who they are. So much for the National Do Not Call List!! I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. There are laws about threatening people like on the other number (202)-241-0267  I reported. If you do answer, and some do, and they threaten or curse at you, report them immediately. I am just not sure who you report them to.
