Who called from 6106300902

I am on State and Federal DNC lists. 610-630-0902 calls multiple times a day even after asking them to cease and desist. Called ID shows PA SP
and the number can be traced to a William Moyer, Egypt Road, Norristown, PA 19403 (West Norriton Township).

Upon answering this call the woman on the other end was in conversation with someone; completing her conversation before responding - very rude.  When I informed her that the person to whom she requested to speak was not at homeand asked if I could take a message, she quickly informed me that she would call back and hung up.  I followed previous advise in this forum, and sent a complaint via  email to the appropriate parties.

I am also getting multiple phone calls from 610-630-0902. I see that, as I read a few posts, that no one seems to have any luck stopping this person. More later if I find anything out.
