Call was from a telemarketing company asking me to "Review their materials" about a "Business Enhancement" plan. For a mere $49.95 per month I could be the proud recipient of Tech Support from over 10,000 professionals 24/7 plus various discounts, blah blah blah. This company is using the caller ID info from Vishay a legitimate electronics company. Additionally this is not a review it is a "If you don't cancel within 30 days you will be billed" type of operation.
5/22/08 I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. REALLY PUSHY WOMAN SAYING THAT THEY WERE SENDING OUT A PACKAGE OF THEIR INFORMATION FOR US TO REVIEW FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I ASKED HER, (AFTER GETTING HER TO SHUT UP) TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR WHAT??? SHE SAID BASICALLY EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE THAT PLUGS INTO THE WALL AND USES ELECTRICITY.......I TOLD HER NO DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO US, AND REMOVE OUR NUMBER FROM THEIR CALLING LISTS. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. THESE CALLS ARE SO AGGERVATING!!
