This is the Junto Group, Inc based out of Philly. They're a "marketing" firm that does door-to-door sales for things like Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. They said they found my resume on Career Builder and made it seem like it was a 9-5 desk job managing accounts. They tell you the first time they call you for an interiew that you'll be interviewing for an "account executive" position. Instead of the 9-5 idea they've sold you in the first interview, they wait until you've invested in three interviews to tell you you'll actually be working as a sales representative 11:30-8:00 (or later!) selling products door-to-door for either $300/wk and 20% commission or 100% commision.
The interviews and human resources were extremely misleading. They are just like all the other "marketing" firms that are using Career Builder, Monster, Sang a Job as a pool of applicants. The first interview was literally 10 minutes of them explaining, falsly, what the company does and is a complete waste of time and gas! Everything they say to you could've been done over the phone. I can't believe I fell for this scam. At least I'm only out my time and my gas as opposed to anything else.
Absolutely not guaranteed. If you want to knock on doors with no guaranteed paycheck (on some days you will make zero money while still paying for gas, tolls, etc), like to be fined by the cops for soliciting without a permit, and split your pay with other people in the office, this is a perfect job for you.
