About every 5-6 months we get a call from someone identifiying themselves from Americal Legal Department claiming they are collecting money from a payday loan company that deposited money into our account. (the amount changes each time they call) We have verified with the bank that NO deposit was made. When I tell them this, they tell they are going to sue us. I tell them, "see you in court"...we hear nothing for several months. Today they called, and I tried to get information from them, telling them we had retained an attorney and were going to file bankruptcy. They called me a liar!!!
They keep calling my job and causing problems for me. They scary part is they have my social and date of birth bank name and my job number. Well funny part is I have nothing my credit sucks and they can have my identify because they will find out there is nothing there. LMAO..... Its a scam
