Called my cell phone twice, let it ring through (so not a one-ring scam) but no VM left.

610-743-4769 I did not answer__Caller ID "Unknown Caller", Reading PA. Left NO Message, I called the number and the Message received "This is a NON-working Number"

Called twice in a row and did not leave a message.

Left message about credit card offer. Blocked the number.

Called my cell phone to "assist" me with my credit card debt issues.  Unsolicited telemarketing call to a call on the "do not call" list (which we all know only prevents calls from legitimate businesses but is totally worthless against the scammers).
