I DID receive a letter, and also two phone calls. I called the number on the back of my card, and confirmed that this contact is legit. Likely, this number belongs to an actual provider, not to Aetna. Still, it's better to call one of the direct, toll-free numbers provided by the Aetna member services center.

Vic - were you given any grief by them, or did they say ok and let it go? Just curious - I got the same call...
