This is definitely an underhanded debt collector that falsifies information appearing on the caller ID.  The caller ID read "TULSA FINANCL O" while a prerecorded call from them said they were "MLR SOLUTIONS" a debt collector.  They've been repeatedly calling for a person with medical debt that I evicted from my home last Fall.  Apparently they still think he lives with me, but I'm not calling back where they would then get my real name on their caller ID and then probably come and try to scam me over a debt I never owed.  The fact that they knowingly falsify their name on the caller ID raises a lot of red flags and these sleezeballs are never to be trusted.

Had not received a call from this number for a while, but appears to be starting back up again. MLR Solutions a debt collector for Paoli Hospital and Main Line Healthcare. Similarly trying to rip me off. I reported them to the PA Attorney General but that does not seem to be getting any traction.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID

*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.
