Automated girl said name was Rachell and she was calling from card holder services and they wanted to lower my credit percentage on my credit card. I pushed (9) as instructed to talk to a person. When they answered they asked if I wanted to take advantage of their promotion and I said I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and asked that she remove my number from their list. I told her I have filed complaints before about them The person apologized and asked if I could hold until she removed my number. She didn't come back after a few seconds, so I hung up.
